Fenerbahce secured the spot at the most prestigious European club championship by defeated Galatasaray with 3-0 (26-24, 29-27, 25-17) in the second match for the third place in the domestic championship.
As the third-ranked team in the Turkish Sultanlar Ligi, they qualified to the Champions League since that Turkey has three places in CL, and they finished this season on the best way.
In today’s match, Eda Erdem Dundar again was the best scorer of the winning team with 12 points followed by Polina Rahimova 10 points while on the other side Neslihan Demir Guler couldn’t play alone (19 points).
