The U.S. Women’s National Volleyball Team has arrived in Thailand to compete in the 2025 FIVB World Championship, running from August 22 to September 7.
Ranked No. 7 in the world, the Americans are placed in Pool D with Slovenia, Argentina, and Czechia. Their opening match is scheduled for August 22 at 5:30 a.m. PT against Slovenia in Nakhon Ratchasima, with playoff rounds set to be held in Bangkok.
This marks the first World Championship under head coach Erik Sullivan, who stepped into the role earlier this year. The U.S. finished fourth in 2022 and has earned five total medals at the event, including a gold in 2014.
