Poland celebrated 3-2 victory after 2-0 for China (26:28, 20:25, 25:16, 25:16, 15:10).
Bartosz Kurek was the top scorer with 22 points while Chen Zhang ended match with 17 points.
“We are happy to win. China were difficult opponents. We had problems in the first two sets because we didn’t receive well. We are not qualified yet. We will do our best against Venezuela tomorrow. China are the best blocking team in this competition, but we found a solution to their blocks in the third, fourth and fifth sets.” said Michal Kubiak.
