Vôlei Renata returned to action after its historic Brazilian Cup title and kept its strong form on by defeating Suzano in straight sets in the Brazilian Men’s Superliga.

Playing at Arena Suzano, the Campinas-based team secured a 3–0 victory (26–24, 25–17, 25–19) in the 19th round of the 2025/26 Superliga season.
Despite having little time to celebrate and recover after winning the Brazilian Cup last Sunday in Londrina, Vôlei Renata fielded nearly its full lineup. Outside hitter Adriano Xavier, the Brazilian Cup’s top scorer and MVP, was rested due to ankle pain. Renan Bonora started in his place and scored 10 points.
Argentine opposite Bruno Lima led all scorers with 16 points, finishing with a 64% attacking efficiency. Maurício Borges added 12 points and was named the match MVP. Suzano was led by outside hitter Robert Dos Anjos with 12 points, while opposite Guilherme Sabino finished with 10.
