Laura-Dijkema
The 30-year-old Dutch setter Dijkema is the new member of the Russian Championship runners-up Lokomotiv. The one-time Olympian came to the Kaliningrad team from Italy’s Il Bisonte Firenze. Dijkema is a two-time Dutch and German club champion, two-time Dutch Cup winner, and a one-time Italian champion and German Cup winner.
The Cuban opposite hitter Ana Cleger, middle blockers Yuliya Podskalnaya and Valeriya Zaytseva, and outside hitter Margarita Kurilo extended contracts, while the Serbian setter Bojana Drča left the club.
