Fenerbahçe Medicana confirmed the mutual termination of their contract with Earvin Ngapeth, ending the French star’s brief spell at the club.

Ngapeth, who joined in December 2024, departs before the season’s conclusion following a disappointing campaign for the Istanbul side. Fenerbahçe fell short of expectations in the SMS Efeler Ligi and were eliminated early in European competition by ACH Volley Ljubljana.
The 35-year-old has already secured his next move, signing a two-year deal with Tours VB, where he previously played early in his career.
Despite his short stint in Turkey, Ngapeth remains one of volleyball’s most decorated players, with multiple major titles, including Olympic gold medals, and is expected to continue competing at the highest level ahead of the 2028 Summer Olympics.
