Megabox Ondulati del Savio Vallefoglia has re-signed Albanian opposite hitter Erblira Bici for next season, the club announced, keeping one of its top performers for a third year.
Bici was a key figure this season, finishing fifth among the league’s leading attackers and tied for second in the serving standings.
She also starred in Megabox’s Challenge Cup Final victory over Panathinaikos Athens, earning MVP honors in the second leg after scoring 55 points across the two matches.
“Looking back, it was a good season,” Bici said. “We wanted to do better than the year before, and we did.”
She called the return final in Athens the highlight of the campaign, praising the team’s comeback in a packed arena.
Bici said trust from the club’s leadership was central to her decision to remain.
“I feel I am in a serious environment that believes in daily work and never gives up,” she said. “That is why I chose to stay and give everything for this jersey.”
