The FIVB has welcomed Ganten Water into the volleyball family, agreeing a four-year partnership with China’s leading mineral water firm, as the growing popularity of volleyball continues to attract global sponsors.

After signing a four-year contract with the Chinese company, the FIVB President Dr. Ary Graca said:

The FIVB is extremely pleased to partner with Ganten as together we act as one, engaging a growing volleyball audience worldwide. This is a particularly exciting time, with the inaugural edition of the VNL earlier this year showing a revolutionary way forward for the sport. We are passionate about our partnership with Ganten; they share our family values of inclusivity and respect, whilst promoting a healthy lifestyle. Ganten joining the FIVB family is a clear indication of the strength and popularity of volleyball, with another global partner joining the FIVB team to take the sport to the next level, not just in China but internationally.”

Ganten CEO Jingliang Zhou said:

We are delighted to be teaming up with the FIVB. Our partnership with such a highly-recognized international sports federation, and its globally iconic events such as the VNL, FIVB World Club Championship and Women's World Championship, will help enhance our brand depth and exposure across the world. As a result of vigorous growth in our overseas markets, where the industry recognizes Ganten as the first Chinese drinking water factory to be established, we firmly believe that the partnership with the FIVB will continue to elevate Ganten's reputation internationally.“

Ganten joins the FIVB’s portfolio of international partners, which includes Mikasa, Senoh, Gerflor, DB Schenker and Asics. The partnership with Ganten reinforces the FIVB’s presence in China, a key market for volleyball and beach volleyball.

CEV CUP M: Trentino go through the hell and back to win the trophy!

This year's CEV competitions have been really exciting. You have to be prepared no matter who.
Trentino stayed calm and just waited for theor mojo to kick in and just exploded on the home team. Kovacevic looked highly motivated from the 1st point. Congrats to Trentino. Another Cup for their Trophy Case.

TUR W: VakıfBank picking outside hitter for next season – Bosetti or Balkestein-Grothues?

Outside hitter? What about Zhu Ting and Kelsey Robinson? It would be crazy if they are leaving. Grothues is older and short. Robinson is a great, hardworking all around outside hitter and one of the best defender on the back court. Is Isabelle Haak a done deal at the opposite position? Reply
