So many big names are leaving Turkish Women’s Volleyball these days… Jordan Larson joined the list!

The Turkish Championship runners-up Eczacıbaşı VitrA announced parting ways with their captain Jordan Larson after five seasons!

One of the most prominent names of the Women’s volleyball in the world nowadays won numerous trophies with the İstanbul powerhouse since joining the club in 2014. Certainly, the most important are: the CEV Champions title, which she claimed once, the FIVB Club World Championship, which she won two times, and CEV Cup, clinching one time. In addition, Larson lifted trophies in the Turkish Cup and Super Cup, once each. Individually, a 32-year-old American outside hitter was recognized MVP of the CEV Champions League and FIVB Club World Championship, one-time apiece. Rumors say that Larson will go to play in China next season.

Eczacıbaşı also informed their fans that they have brought back four players from loans: MVP of the 2017 FIVB U23 World Championship Hande Baladın (Galatasaray HDI Sigorta), Yasemin Güveli, Saliha Şahin (both Karayolları), and Buse Melis Kara (Kameroğlu Beylıkduzu Voleybol Ihtisas).

Recall that VakıfBank said goodbye to four foreign players yesterday.
