A true legend of the Italian volleyball stated that he is still not thinking about retirement from volleyball, despite he is about to turn 42 this year.
“I want to thank all Piacenza fans for wonderful four years. I still have to play volleyball. I do not think that my agent will be overwhelmed with offers, because not many teams are looking for a 42-year player. I will now relax, enjoy the time with my wife and children, and then I will decide about my future” said Papi and added that he might even continue career somewhere outside Italy.
