One of the best Japanese players, Saori Kimura, might definitely retire at the end of the season!

As “Volleywood” found out, the receiver/outside hitter of Japan’s National Team and Toray Arrows is close to finish her professional career. and confirm rumors from the beginning of the season.

Even more, she apparently already finished her career on a club level, while she will give a chance to the national team for a bit more. It means that Kimura will wear the jersey of Japan at the World Qualification Tournament for Rio Olympics in May and will play at the Olympic Games in case her NT qualifies. But, it will be her last tournament.

As a hint for this info, there is a video recorded at the end of semifinal match of Japanese V-League against Hisamitsu Springs where you can see the 29-year-old Kimura crying after her club got eliminated. These tears seem too gigantic only for a defeat in a single match, don’t you think?
