It was all over in just 88 minutes! PGE Skra Belchatow have played perhaps their best game so far in the season and scored a well-deserved win over strong team of Lotos Trefl Gdansk. The hosts needed only three sets to finish the job, and not a single one of them was close!
In the first two sets, Skra have gained the big lead already until the second TTO – 16:9 – and then performed a routine finishing. It was just a bit more exciting in the third set when Gdansk was kind of close at the second TTO – 16:13, but the outcome was the same.
The MVP of the game was Mariusz Wlazly! Legendary player was the only one in this match to reach double-digits – 15 points. The second best scorer in the winning team was Nicolas Marechal with 9 points.
On the other side Mateusz Mika scored 9 points for Gdansk.
