The race for the second spot in this season will indeed be super exciting! Especially, after PGE Skra Belchatow and Asseco Resovia both suffered unexpected defeats in the 20th round of the PlusLiga and therefore helped Lotos Trefl Gdansk to rejoin the race!
PGE Skra Belchatow disappointed their fans after losing against Łuczniczka Bydgoszcz at home court… IN STRAIGHT SETS! The hosts played without Mariusz Wlazly once again, due to player’s injury. Still that can’t be an excuse for this kind of performance.
At the same time, Asseco Resovia was powerless against Cuprum Lubin on the road! The red and whites suffered a straight sets loss, which was their second defeat in a row in PlusLiga!
