In an interview for WP SportoweFakty, he talked about his current situation but also mentioned the time when he was wearing a jersey of PGE Skra Belchatow.

I’m currently playing in Qatar, Al Rayyan SC. At the moment, we are in the third place in the standings, so everything is going quite well. I have my own apartment there, club provided it to me. Culturally, Qatar is different from Europe. But, it’s not a problem,” says Cala.

In August 2012 you signed a contract with PGE Skra Belchatow, but in November you left Poland.

I left because the coach Jacek Nawrocki thought that I was not able to help the team. It was better for me to leave and to help another club. I wanted to stay, I was doing everything during the training session to prove my quality but I felt that I was needed in Belchatow”, says Cala.

But, he is still in contact with some Polish players.

I am in contact with Karol Klos and Pawel Zatorski. They are my good friends. Of course I know that Karol and Pawel are the world champions. I watched them,” says Cuban player.
