A terrible accident in Kemerovo shopping mall Winter Cherry, that occurred on March 25 and took the lives of young children (about 64 dead, not exactly known how many missing), could be avoided if the fire safety measures were properly implemented in the object.

Thus, an online petition was started at change.org, appealing to Kemerovo Region authorities to identify the persons responsible for this. One of the people who signed the petition was a 2012 Olympic Games winner Sergey Tetyukhin, currently a player of Belogorie Belgorod. He also shared the call for action on his Twitter profile.

The petition needs 25,000 signatures to start a legal procedure and, so far 21,744 persons have signed it.
