Ognjenovic and Gozde
Gozde Kirdar Sonsirma really gave her best on this EuroVolley. Some of her saves from the semifinals might actually be the best at the whole tournament. Still, not even that was enough for Turkey to win a medal in Rotterdam.
Great disspointment on her face was obvious after the defeat against Serbia. When we asked her to give us a short statement, she politely answered:
“Please, I could say something wrong…”
We did not want put any more pressure on her. Raise your head Gozde!
