USA celebrating gold
Exactly seven years ago, the US national team took gold medal on the most important global competition, defeateing Brazil in the finals 3-1 (20-25, 25-22, 25-21, 25-23). OK, seven years and two days ago, to be more precise.
Legendary Clayton Stanley sealed Brazilian destiny with a spike from behind 3-metter line for the joy of American players, staff and fans on the stands. It was third gold medal for the USA at the Olympics.
