In the decisive game, squad of Vital Heynen has defeated Canada 3-0 (28-26, 25-22, 25-23) and won the third place in Pool F.
Germany actually needed only two sets to advance through to the next phase, but they made everything even better with the straight sets win.
Georgy Grozer was the top scorer of this match with 18 points, and he had a very good in Denys Kaliberda who added 13. Gavin Schmitt was the only one with double digits in Canada with 10 points.
