Luis David Adames was the top scorer for Dominican Republic, with 24 points, while Gonzalo Lapera tallied 20, with three blocks and one ace for Argentina. “I feel glad after playing a good match on our side, it is always great to begin with a victory and that gave us confidence when starting this cup,” said Argentina’s captain Gonzalo Quiroga.
