The 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games winner Fabiana will return to play in her home country after a year in Japan, Bruno Voloch reported in his blog. The 35-year-old middle blocker, awarded as the best in her position at the 2012 London Olympics is about to strengthen Osasco/Audax after spending the last season with Hisamitsu Pharmaceutical Springs.

The last club whose colors Fabiana defended in Brazil was Dentil/Praia Clube (2016 – 2019). She was awarded Best Middle Blocker of the South American Club Championship twice during that time.
