UPCN – BAU
It was a very close game, with both teams eager to win and qualify for the South American Club Championship final.
UPCN managed to win, it only lost the third set when BAU controlled it from the start 21:25. First and second Fabian Armoa‘s team won by a two point margin (25:23, 26:24). In the fourth it was a tied game up until UPCN was dow 18:19, but after a time out, the players stepped up and won 25:20.
UPCN will meet with the host, Vivo Minas in the final. Vivo was better than Superliga champion RJX.
Bogdan Olteanu was the top scorer for UPCN with 19 points, Guillaume Samica for BAU with 18.
