Brazil vs. Italy
The game itself had not much meaning, as both teams have already secured the qualification to the World League Final-Six. Still there was a matter of prestige, and Brazil won that battle.
Home side finished the job in straight sets. Ricardo Lucarelli was the top scorer of the winning side with 12 points, Wallace De Souza added 11, while Lucas Saatkamp made 10. On the other side not a single player from Italy managed to reach double digits. Ivan Zaytsev, Filippo Lanza and Emanuele Birarelli scored 9 points each.
