A 25-year-old opposite Natiele Gonçalves ‘Nati’ joined Sesc from Rio do Sul/Equibrasil, becoming the third player from this club to join Superliga champions this summer.

Despite her not impressive height for the position she occupies (1.80m), Nati highlighted Rio do Sul last season by scoring 286 points in the national championship. She will fight for her place in Sesc line-up with Monique Pavão.

Earlier, the setter Carolina Leite ‘Carol’ and receiver Kasiely Clemente ‘Kasi’ also came to Sesc from Rio Do Sul.

In addition to two these three, Rio de Janeiro team engaged Gabriella Guimarães de Souza ‘Gabiru’ (Vôlei Nestlé/Osasco) and middle blocker Vivian Pellegrino (Terracap/BRB Brasília Vôlei).

Recall that “Sesc” remained the only sponsor of the club who decided to rely on domestic player only in 2017/18.
