It was business as usual for VakifBank in the Champions League, as they saw off their Polish opposition in 69 minutes limiting them to only one visit to the twenties.  Zehra GÜNEŞ was named MVP of the match, scoring 5 blocks and 9 winning spikes.

Isabelle Haak was the match’s Top Scorer with 16 points, while for the hosts from POLICE Jovana Brakocevic scored successfully 12 times.

Busto Arsizio have won the first battle against Eczacibasi. It was all about the block as Busto dominated the opening exchanges. Serbian Jovana Stevanovic excelled and really put pressure onto their Turkish opposition’s attack.

Set four saw an unbelievable streak for Busto as they moved from 5-9 to 16-9 – a run which was matched by Eczacibasi who fought back and forced the Italians to defend two set points to win the set, and ultimately the match.
