Just like in earlier editions of the Super Finals of the Champions League, a double, joint award ceremony took place at the end of the competitive part, this year in Verona. What was different is that medals and individual recognitions were given in front of the empty stands, due to the pandemic.
Final matches finished with joys of Italian women’s side A.Carraro Imoco Conegliano and Polish men’s side Grupa Azoty ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle. The assignment of MVP prizes went into the hands of the 2 best scorers of these matches, both from winning teams. Paola Egonu – author of 40 points for Imoco of which 10 in the tie break of the women’s final encounter, and Aleksander Śliwka – the top scorer of ZAKSA in men’s final, took MVP prizes.
