Croatia outplayed Portugal in four sets, Samanta Fabris and Martina Šamadan led the winning team. The Croatian opposite and captain scored 20 points while her teammate scored 17 points. On the other side, Juliana Isabel Antunes finished the match with 11 points followed by Eduarda Duarte 10 points.
In the second quarterfinal match, France defeated Slovenia in tie-break although the opponents led 2-1 in sets. The match was finished after 112 minutes and Juliette Fidon (23) and Helena Cazaute (20) were the main scorers of the French team. Iza Mlakar scored 20 points for Slovenia but that wasn’t enough.
After Italy won the first set, Turkish team got an incredible energy and power to finish the match with 3-1. Saliha Sahin scored 19 points helped by Melis Durul 16 and Tugba Senoglu 15 points. On the other side, Camilla Mingardi scored 14 points for Italy followed by Anna Nicoletti and Alice Carlotta Degradi who scored 11 points each.
After a long fight, Greece finished the match as the winners. They outplayed the hosts after 124 minutes with 3-1 in front of 400 spectators. Anthi Vasilantonaki led Greece with 31 points while Ana Escamilla Serrano scored 21 points and Jessica Rivero Marin scored 20 points for Spain.
