The Dutch Tijme Laane topped Prievidza with 14 points while Brazilian Roosevelt Filho made 100% excellent attack (7/7, 4 kill blocks). The Pole Łukasz Ciupa scored 21 points (3 served aces) for Slávia.
The defending champions VKP Bystrina SPU Nitra suffered a surprising 3-2 defeat to VK Mirad PU Prešov for whom Michal Rajduga delivered 19 points.
