WCH 2018 M: France beat Egypt without Ngapeth and Le Roux

France achieved the second win in Pool B at the men’s volleyball World Championship, playing a game without Earvin Ngapeth and Kevin Le Roux.

Laurent Tillie’s side defeated Egypt pretty much easily 3-0 (25-22, 25-23, 25-16) and topped the standings with 7 points and one match in advance than Canada and Brazil.

The most valuable player for the winners was Thibault Rossard who made an incredible match and finished as a top scorer with 13 points. Jean Patry added 12, while on the other side Ahmed Abdelhay Salah had 13 points.

France is playing against the Netherlands on Sunday!

Japan – Slovenia 1-3 (20-25, 25-22, 20-25, 13-25)

Argentina – Dominican Republic  20:30 CET 

POOL B:

China – Netherlands 1-3 (21-25, 13-25, 25-23, 25-16)

France – Egypt 3-0 (25-22, 25-23, 25-16)

POOL C:

Australia – Cameroon 3-1 (21-25, 25-17, 25-22, 25-20)

Russia – Tunisia 20:30 CET

POOL D:

Finland – Cuba 3-1 (25-19, 25-19, 20-25, 25-16)

Bulgaria – Puerto Rico 3-0 (25-16, 25-18, 25-21)
