The final vacancy was snatched by Argentina in a decisive face-off with their South American counterpart, Brazil. They ensured their place in the semifinals, demonstrating clear dominance throughout the match and closing it out in straight sets. Argentina achieved a convincing 3-0 (25-23, 25-23, 25-18) victory, thus securing their place in Saturday’s semifinal against Iran.

On the other side, Iran topped Pool E, remaining undefeated in the tournament. They handed Bulgaria their first defeat in the last match of the pool stage with a hard-earned 3-1 (25-17, 23-25, 25-22, 25-23) victory. This result sets Iran up to face Argentina in the semifinal match.

Meanwhile, Italy, having already confirmed their spot in the semifinals, emerged victorious over Belgium in a challenging five-set duel. They walked away with a 3-2 (23-25, 25-18, 25-19, 16-25, 15-9) win, finishing at the top of the final Pool F standings without a loss.
