France’s women’s volleyball team secured their ticket to the round of 16 at the World Championship in Thailand with a 3-1 victory over Greece (17-25, 25-21, 28-26, 25-17) in match of the Pool C.

After dropping the first set, the French side found their rhythm and turned the match around. The decisive moment came in the third set, where they fought back from six points down to edge past their opponents.
Captain Héléna Cazaute led all scorers with 25 points, supported by Iman Ndiaye’s 19. Despite 21 points from Greek attacker Martha Anthouli, France proved more consistent in key moments.
The win sends Les Bleues to Bangkok for the knockout stage, where they will face either China or the Dominican Republic.
