Brazil rallied from a set down to defeat the Dominican Republic 3-1 in Women’s Volleyball Nations League action, securing second consecutive victory on home court.

After dropping opening set, Brazil settled into the match and gradually took control. The hosts dominated the final two sets, turning the contest into a comfortable win despite committing a high number of unforced errors early on.

Tainara Santos paced Brazil’s offense with 20 points, while Júlia Bergmann added 16. Middle blocker Julia Kudiess contributed 14 points, including five blocks, continuing her impressive start to the tournament.

Result: Brazil def. Dominican Republic 3-1 (23-25, 25-18, 25-11, 25-15)
