GP 2017: Serbia crushed Turkey in straight sets

Serbian team, the silver medalists from the Olympic Games in Rio, celebrated the big victory in the opening match of this year’s edition of the FIVB World Grand Prix 2017.

Serbia crushed Turkey in Ankara after three sets (25-19, 25-7, 25-15) and the last point won Jovana Stevanović from the killing block. 

Tomorrow Serbia will face Brazil while Turkey will meet Belgium.

Top scorer of the match was Brankica Mihajlović with 18 points while on the Turkish side the opposite Polen Uslupehlivan scored 7.
