In accordance with the FIVB regulations, Poland head coach Heynen shortened the 26-man preliminary list to 21 players that will compete in the 2018 Volleyball Nations League. Marcin Komenda, Damian Wojtaszek, Jan Nowakowski, Tomasz Fornal, and Norbert Huber are players who did not make it to the official list but will remain as backups in case of an injury of some of the summoned players.
