RC Cannes defeated Mulhouse while Beziers defeated Saint Raphael and both matches were finished in straight sets.
On April 25 and 26 teams will play their second matches and team that first score two wins will qualify for the final.
Nadiia Kodola was the top scorer in RC Cannes with 17 points while Juliette Fidon led Beziers with 18 points.
