CHAMPIONS DE FRANCE W: First ever title for Beziers

It seems that today is a day for the historic successes.

Beziers scored their first ever title in the French volleyball league for women. In the big final of the championship, they defeated RC Cannes after five sets and thanks to Juliette Fidon 23 points (6 bl) and Krystal Rivers 23 points, but also Amber Rolfzen who scored 8 blocks, lifted their first trophy.

Beziers had the chance to finished match in the fourth set when they had 16-13 and 21-18 but Cannes were stronger in their minds and closed that period of the game with 27-25.

In the tie-break Beziers have dominated from the beginning, they opened set with 5-1, continued with 10-5 and 12-8 and at the end finished it with 15-8.
