The DVL chairman Michael Evers said: “The DVL Board has great confidence in the club’s management. The club has made exemplary efforts in recent years.

WIESBADEN is an important site for the Women’s Bundesliga. This was rewarded by reaching the Cup final and by climing the third place in the championship. Financial problems became too large due to total failure of a main sponsor.

VC WIESBADEN’s board does not intend to claim bankruptcy in the classical sense. Such a method makes it possible to eliminate the causes of insolvency, with the approval of a majority of creditors. The plan should provide for a partial repayment of the debt in adopting the remaining debt.
