GRE W: Montano reinforced Greek league

One of the most famous Colombian players, Madelaynne Montano will in the Greek league in the upcoming season.

After a season which she spent in Italy, Montano decided to go for some new adventure in Greece. She will play for Aris from Thessaloniki, the club where she already spent two seasons from 2004 to 2006.

Last season she played for Modena, but in her career, she played two seasons in Poland, Turkey and Greece, and one in Argentina, Korea and Azerbaijan. Check her stats.

She won the silver medal at the 2012 FIVB Club World Championship playing for Rabita Baku.  In this season she got a silver medal and the ‘Best Scorer’ award in CEV Champions league.

Montaño won the South Korean V-League in the 2009/2010 season with KT&G Daejeon and the 2012/2013 Azerbaijan Super League playing for Rabita Baku. She won the Most Valuable Player awards in both competitions. 

With Fenerbahce, she became a champion in 2015 while with Police she won Polish championship twice in 2016 and 2017.
