The hitter from Brescia, spent 19 seasons in Serie A1, last 17 consecutive (one season he played in A2 for Trebaseleghe), he won gold in the World League in Rotterdam 2000.
Marco Molteni explained his decision: “Not due to physical problems, I wanted to end while I am on the top.“
