ITA W: Monza engage “Azzurri“ backup setter Orro

The Italian women’s volleyball side Saugella Monza secured the first newcomer to its 2020/21 roster.

The Italy National Team backup setter Alessia Orro is the first newcomer in Monza.

The player who gathered a substantial international experience despite her young age (21) spent the last three seasons in Unet E-Work Busto Arsizio with whom she won the CEV Cup last year.

Orro has been wearing the jersey of the “Azzurri“ since 2016. She was involved in winning the 2015 FIVB World Championship with the country’s U18 national team.
