The Italian club was better in the second round, Pool E, in the duel against French Paris Volley with a maximum result – 3-0 (25-22, 25-19, 25-20).
The match was held in the hall Palazzetto dello Sport Fontescodella in Macereta, which will go to history soon, in front of 2,223 spectators and it lasted 70 minutes.
Paris had their chance only in the first set when they led 8-5 and 16-14 but they ’blew’ it in the finish after they had 21-20.
Lube has 1-1 score while Paris has all two defeats.
