After staying without Matt Anderson, Perugia started to look for some other player who could help the club in the Playoffs of Serie A. According to the info from Italy, Block Devils were interested in several players from Brazil, and Felipe Fonteles was on that list.
However, the excellent receiver will not come to Perugia.
“He was our wish, but the player decided to stay in Brazil and to start preparing for the national team” said Benadetto Rizzuto, Sports Director of Perugia.
