The victory against Brazil in the 2015 FIVB World League on Friday has left some consequences on Italian national team.

The receiver Filippo Lanza was checked yesterday by the medical staff that confirmed diagnosis made just after the match. He has the right ankle sprain of a medium severity.

Lanza immediately started with therapies which are necessary in order to recover for the Final Six, in ten days.

As for Emanuele Birarelli, he is resting as a precaution for a low back pain. He will have a few days of treatment and separate work before joining the training sessions with the team.

Finally, Simone Giannelli, who had a hamstring muscle strain in his right leg at the beginning of the trip to Brazil, is in an advanced stage of recovery.
