Tirozzi
The receiver/outside hitter and also a member of Italy National Team extended a contract for one more season. The season 2016/2017 will be Tirozzi’s third in pink jersey in which she took three trophies, two in 2015 and one in 2016.
She announced the renewal of the contract in the most interesting way – during exhibition beach volleyball match in Casalmaggiore square. Tirozzi was asked to come to the center of the field by one of club officials and, surrounded by the pink smoke from a smoke bomb, she said ’yes’ into the microphone.
