The race for Scudetto continues with 6 games scheduled for Saturday evening. This is what you should know before the start of today’s schedule.
Lube – Padova
Lube have had some setbacks during the last week, as Enrico Cester (back) and Osmany Juantorena (ankle) picked up minor injuries. However, both of them should be ready for the match against Padova .
Monza – Latina
Monza have serious problems in front of Serie A1 Round 6. Head coach Falasca can’t count on Nikola Jovovic who received a three-match ban due to yellow/red card that he got at the match vs. Verona. Also, Monza will have to find a an alternative solution for the opposite position, as Milan Raic (back) and Simon Hirsch (abdominal muscle) are injured.
The only dilemma about Latina’s roster for the upcoming match is whether Alessandro Fei would recover in time to help his teammates. Fei suffered injury during a warm-up before the match against Trentino on Thursday.
Trentino – Perugia
The big derby of Round 6. Home team has no problems, while the visitors still wait for Aleksandar Atanasijevic to fully recover.
Molfetta – Ravenna
Ravenna travel to Molfetta only without their reserve setter Giacomo Leoni who picked up hand injury.
Piacenza – Milano
Piacenza approach this match in full roster, while Milano will not be able to count on two very important players – Ricardo Sbertoli and Sasa Starovic.
Verona – Sora
Verona might be without one of their best players this weekend, as Uros Kovacevic is recovering from shoulder injury. On the other side, Sora will probably be without Mattie Rosso.
