Puerto Rico extended its perfect run at the NORCECA Men’s Final Six, defeating Canada in straight sets (25-15, 25-17, 25-16) to book a place in the semifinals.

The hosts took early control with a 3-0 start and never looked back. Led by setter Howard García, Puerto Rico kept a fast tempo and forced Canada into mistakes. The team outperformed its rivals in attacks (36-20), aces (7-4), and blocks (6-3), while committing fewer errors.
Jamal Ellis led the way with 9 points (8 attacks, 1 block), followed by Pedro Molina with 7. Ryden Hargreaves paced Canada with 10 points.
Next up, Puerto Rico faces the United States, while Canada takes on the Dominican Republic in the final round-robin match.
In other action, the United States cruised past Suriname (25-13, 25-17, 25-11). Keoni Thiim led all scorers with 14 points (11 attacks, 3 aces), while Gianni Ritfeld added 5 for Suriname. The U.S. dominated in attacks (41-19), serves (10-1), and blocks (5-0).
The Americans will meet Puerto Rico next, and Suriname will face Mexico to close out the round-robin phase.
