According to Volley News, the outside hitter of Italy’s Vero Volley Monza, the Croatian international Sedlaček, is on his way to China. A 24-year-old player received a tempting offer from Shanghai, who want to find a replacement for Tine Urnaut after failing to contract the Slovenian star.
Sedlaček, who didn’t have much room to play in Monza following the arrival of Filippo Lanza in mid-September, might soon leave for the Asian country to begin a long series of medical checks, which all foreign players have to undergo due to the strict policy of the Chinese health authorities during the Covid-19 pandemic.
