JPN M: Nishida and Stings break Wolfdogs’ 10-game winning streak

The opening match of the 13th round of the 2020/21 Japanese Men’s Volleyball Championship brought a duel between the champions and the leaders in the charts.

The titleholders JTEKT Stings showed their power against the leaders in the charts, the Wolfdogs Nagoya.

In an early match of Round 13 of the 2020/21 Japanese Men’s V.League Division1 regular season, they prevailed in four sets and ended rival’s gigantic series of wins that consisted of 10 games. At the same time, the Stings extended their own winning streak to four games.

Yuji Nishida highlighted the champions with 30 points, including 4 blocks. The Pole Bartosz Kurek scored 25 points for the Wolfdogs.
