Alba

The Romanian women’s club volleyball champions CSM Volei Alba-Blaj won this season’s national cup – 2021 Cupa României la volei feminine. They beat CS Dinamo București in the final played in Cluj-Napoca in straight sets, partially 25-13, 25-22, and 25-19. Thus, the ‘Alba’s Pride’ defended the title in the competition (the 2020 edition wasn’t played due to the Covid-19 pandemic), which is the 3rd national cup they won in total (2017, 2019, 2021).

Serbian Bojana Milenković top-scored Alba with 17 points, while her compatriot Maja Aleksić made 4 blocks. Russian Eli Silvi Uattara tallied 11 points on the losing side.
