Gorter stormed back from two sets down showing a very strong performance in attack to keep control of the game straight to the end. Krisztian Padar top scored for the winning side with 23 points while Ferenc Nemeth paced Fino KAPOSVAR with 22 in their losing effort.
“I can’t find the right words to express how happy I am,” commented the mentor of Gorter KECSKEMETI, Saša Nedeljković, “Because the first and second rounds of this championship series did cost us a lot of energy. The same applies to this last game but luckily we found a way to come back after trailing by two sets down.”
The last game to determine the bronze medallist from this year’s championship is scheduled on Thursday as DUNAFERR SE plays MAFC BME.
