Last season’s V.League bronze medalists, the Red Rockets, found a replacement for Turkish star Neriman Özsoy, who went to play in Brazil. The U.S. National Team member Sarah Wilhite strengthened the Kawasaki City-based club.

A 25-year-old outside hitter, despite her young age, has a wealth of international experience, both on a club level and with the national team with whom she competed in several major tournaments, including the just-concluded FIVB Volleyball Nations League. Wilhite came to the Red Rockets from Turkey’s Nilüfer Bld.
